Hotel Pelirocco

The Client

Hotel Pelirocco is Brighton’s original rock ‘n’ roll hotel. It has 19 individually themed rooms – from Pin Up Parlour to Tropical Paradise, the Nookii Room.

The Brief

The hotel had always excelled on social media – and when their marketing manager left, they wanted to make sure that this continued.

They asked us to look at their digital marketing activity and share recommendations, and provide ongoing support for the new marketing manager.

We provided Hotel Pelirocco with 3 services:

Our Approach

The new marketing manager was already skilled at social media, and a fantastic copywriter so we focused on creating a content calendar, strategic planning, email marketing and optimising the hotel’s already successful social media accounts.

To keep her skills up to date, she has attended a number of our training courses – the social media strategy courseInstagram masterclass and the Facebook advertising course.

Over the last few years we’ve developed a close relationship with Hotel Pelirocco. We attend their monthly marketing meetings, working with the marketing manager to report on the previous month’s activity and plan for the following month.

Marko Gibson is the hotel’s General Manager.

“The depth of Kerry’s up-to-date specialist knowledge helps us to accurately plan – and her ability to work with and enable the hotel’s personnel has been invaluable.”

For key campaigns, and whenever it’s the appropriate channel to reach a target audience, we provide Facebook advertising support.

“Kerry has shaped Pelirocco’s social media output and our written contact with customers for the last few years. It’s very much a two-way operation. She helps apply her skills to the hotel’s needs whilst also steering us in the right direction.”
