When the marketing manager left, the hotel were keen to ensure they continued to excel on social media, recognising how important it is to engage their current clientele and also attract new visitors.
We needed to provide a strategic overview of the digital marketing activity, share recommendations and support the new marketing manager on an ongoing basis.
Our approach & process
I worked closely with the hotel for the first few months and provided relevant training to the marketing manager. She was already very skilled at social and a fantastic copywriter so we focused on creating a content calendar, strategic planning, email marketing and optimising the already successful social media accounts.
Having worked with the hotel for over a year now, there is less work involved but I still attend monthly marketing meetings and, with the marketing manager, report on the month's activity and develop plans for the following month.
We provide Facebook Advertising support from time to time when this is an appropriate channel to reach a lot of the target audience with key campaigns.
The marketing manager has also found it useful to attend our Social Media Strategy Course, Instagram Masterclass and Facebook Advertising Course.
