The hotel had always excelled on social media – and when their marketing manager left, they wanted to make sure that this continued.
They asked us to look at their digital marketing activity and share recommendations, and provide ongoing support for the new marketing manager.

The new marketing manager was already skilled at social media, and a fantastic copywriter so we focused on creating a content calendar, strategic planning, email marketing and optimising the hotel’s already successful social media accounts.
To keep her skills up to date, she has attended a number of our training courses – the social media strategy course, Instagram masterclass and the Facebook advertising course.
Over the last few years we’ve developed a close relationship with Hotel Pelirocco. We attend their monthly marketing meetings, working with the marketing manager to report on the previous month’s activity and plan for the following month.
